Private 1:1 movement sessions can be a great way to approach specific movement and wellbeing goals and can be carried out in the comfort of your own home, online via zoom or at a chosen location outdoors (ladies only at present).

My 1:1 sessions are tailored to your specific ability and goals; whether this is for increased flexibility and freedom of movement as you get older, rehabilitation after injury, building your confidence and self-esteem or simply spending an hour focused purely on you. Every body is welcome.
