As a fully qualified massage therapist, I’ll bring the treatment room to you – at your home, holiday let, or business – and shape the session around your individual needs. Whether it’s a stubborn niggle that just won’t shift, tension you’ve been carrying in your shoulders all week, or simply the need to breathe, slow down and find some peace, I can help.

Using a wide range of hands-on techniques, I’ll work to ease muscle tension, reduce those persistent knots, and restore balance throughout your body – leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and rejuvenated.

I offer bespoke 1:1 and group yoga classes, online and in person across Pembrokeshire, tailored to suit every level and intention.

Whatever your motivation, my approach is that yoga is for everyone. Every size, every age, every fitness level – no exceptions, no pressure.

I know how easy it is to stop at the first hurdle. The voice that says ‘this isn’t for me’, or ‘I’m not flexible enough’, or ‘I’ll start when I’m fitter’. My job is to make that voice irrelevant. And help you reach your goals at your pace.

 Jikiden Reiki Therapy Sessions Pembrokeshire

Imagine leaving a treatment feeling genuinely lighter – like something you’d been carrying has quietly dissolved, without you even realising.

That’s the gift of Reiki. An ancient, hands-on healing practice originating in Japan in 1922, established by Mikao Usui, it’s built on the belief that a universal life energy flows through all living things. When that energy is blocked or depleted, the body and mind struggle to heal and find balance. Jikiden Reiki is Reiki without modern influence or modification, the way it was originally taught.

As a qualified Jikiden Reiki practitioner and member of the Jikiden Reiki UK Association, I make sure every session creates a gentle space for your body and mind to rest, reset, and heal. Non-invasive and holistic, Reiki addresses not just physical discomfort but also mental and emotional wellbeing. Treatments are carried out by the practitioner placing their hands directly on the recipient, who remains fully dressed throughout the session, normally laying on a treatment couch.

Most of us breathe without thinking – shallow, fast, automatic. But when you slow down and breathe with intention, something shifts. Your heart rate drops, your mind quiets, and that background hum of anxiety starts to ease.

Conscious breathing directly activates the parasympathetic nervous system – the part of your body responsible for rest, recovery, and peace.

Beyond the science, there’s something profound about focusing on your breath. It draws you out of the noise in your head and back to the present moment. So, if you find yourself caught in racing thoughts or suffering low-level stress, this change can feel genuinely significant.

As a qualified Breathwork Coach (CPCAB), I’ll use my expertise to guide you gently at your own pace so you feel secure, unhurried, and in control. With regular practice, you’ll develop emotional resilience, learn to self-regulate, and move through daily life more steadily.
