I hope you have all had a good summer. It won’t be long before we are back at The Torch Theatre in Milford and online via Zoom for weekly September yoga classes. 🍃 I am ever thankful for my yoga practice. Throughout life’s unavoidable challenges, job changes, relocations, solo motherhood and hormonal transitions, my yoga practice provides comfort and stability. Whatever age or challenge we face, yoga gives us the tools to build resilience. As we move closer into relationship with the breath and body we begin to value the simplicity of the present moment. This provides a reprieve from the striving, worrying and comparison of the mind and allows us to open into the beauty of the present. 🍃 I am really looking forward to starting a CPCAB Breathwork Coach Training in Autumn 2024. Breath work is extremely beneficial for our physical and mental health. It is known to have a positive affect on the nervous system and is highly supportive when working with trauma and anxiety. I am looking forward to sharing this precious resource with you in the form of online group work, peri-menopause support and 1:1 coaching. Watch this space for more details as we move into Autumn.
