Moving into March… It’s almost a year since I started my online yoga and movement classes via zoom. Despite the rather steep learning curve and ongoing technical issues, i am grateful for the technology that has enabled me to stay connected with a fantastic group of movement lovers. It’s not been easy. The last few weeks have been an especially tough time for many people. I know that many of us will be looking forward to Spring more than ever this year, moving and breathing with a little more hope. The general class theme for March will be ‘mobility’, preparing us for the more expansive energy of Spring. 
Changes to regular online classes I have made my two regular online classes slightly different for March. Wednesday’s class will be a bit more active and Sunday’s slightly more restful with more focus on breath. Both classes will still contain a balance of strength, stretching, mobility and breath work. Class recordings will be available to pre-paid participants on request.
