Yoga Classes Autumn 2015
We start back next week with a new term of yoga at Gwaelod-y-garth Village Hall and Chapter Arts Centre. Classes will focus on undoing and releasing, listening to the body and increasing our awareness of patterns of tension and holding. Creating the space away from hectic schedules to relax and recoup.
